In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Ittehad-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir have said the sacrifices of the Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders will not go waste and will bring positive results.
Ittehad-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir Vice Chairman, Maulana Muhammad Nisar Khan Islahi in a statement issued in Srinagar said on August 11 in 2008 Sheikh Abdul Aziz sacrificed his life for the Kashmir cause.
He said the people of Kashmir will always remember the sacrifices and martyrdom of Sheikh Abdul Aziz. He said if the Kashmiri people ignore the goals of their martyrs and the sacrifices made for these goals and start running behind Indian temporary facilities, neither their religion nor their honor and children will be safe, he added.
He said India wants to destroy the religion, faith, culture, language, and Islamic culture of Kashmiris through the invasion of all kinds of Hinduism language and culture.
Nisar Khan Islahi said, “On one hand, the Indian government is turning our Muslim majority into a minority by massacring our youth, and, on the other, it is taking away our lands, homes, schools, and jobs from us.
He appealed to the United Nations to end the series of war crimes, human rights violations, and arrests by the Indian troops and provide freedom to the Kashmiri people
